- Ask what is exactly included in the price of the home.
- Ask if there is a refund available when you have to leave earlier.
- If you want to bring a pet with yourself, ask if it is allowed or not.
- Take no devices for granted – even if it is included in the price. If there is something missing, be patient and polite when asking the owner.
- Live in the house and pay attention to every part of it during the vacation – like if it was yours. Just imagine what you would expect in the place of the owner. You would not like to get a ruined home back, right?
